Things are changing

I had the opportunity to meet Henry Cisneros at Cal State Dominguez Hills during his talk on “The Essentials of Leadership for the 21st Century” Dr Cisneros former Secretary of HUD spoke about the rapidly changing society and how community, government and industry leaders must be aware of generational, multicultural, technological, environmental and economic shifts and respond accordingly in order to be effective.
